Before joining Ebi Exegi, Joseph Edun led a Consulting Civil & Structural Engineering practice in the South East of England, providing services to the domestic housing market, commercial and infrastructure sectors, particularly for low and high-rise buildings, Façade Retention Buildings, Civil & Highway, and Tunnelling. Early in his career, Joseph had work experience at Waterman Partnership (now Waterman Group), RJM, Furness Partnership, and BAM Construct UK (formerly HBG Construction); mainly in the built environment.
Joseph Edun also has over 20 years of experience in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering in the Oil & Gas sector. He has been Lead Engineer, Project Manager, and Construction Consultant for various onshore and offshore (greenfield and brownfield) projects; working for major clients like ExxonMobil, Chevron and EPC Contractors such as KBR, WorleyParsons, Wood Group, AMEC, Flour Daniels. His vast experience encompasses engineering, analysis, and design in steel, concrete, timber, masonry, and composite structures.
Edun holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Westminster, London. He is a Chartered Engineer and member of The Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE) and European Federation of National Engineering Associations (EurIng).
